Important
Claim before you leave valuables. Unclaimed chests are public loot. Use FTB Chunks only — the pack also has Open Parties and Claims; mixing both on one base gets messy.
60-second walkthrough
- Esc → Options → Controls → search FTB or Chunks → bind / open the claim map.
- Claim the chunks under your bed, chests, farm, and waystone.
- Claim a 1-chunk buffer around the build.
- Playing with friends? Create an FTB Team and share the claim.
What to include
- Bed + respawn area
- Chests / backpack dump
- Apricorn + wheat farms
- Waystone
- Pasture / breeders later — expand the claim when you build them
Common mistakes
- Building first, claiming later — loot walks away.
- Claiming the house but not the farm or waystone.
- Using Open Parties and Claims instead of (or on top of) FTB Chunks.
- Forgetting to expand the claim when the base grows.
