Prepare
Electric, Rock, and Ice punish Flying hard. Dim biome — bring light sources and food for the trip.

- Heals, status cures, spare balls, claimed base / waystone to retreat to
- Moonlight Grove tip — a dim biome; bring light sources and food.
Craft the map
- Search Alice in REI and craft Flying Feather.
- Craft a fresh Empty Map.
- Combine Empty Map + Flying Feather in the Hoenn Cartography Table (or trade a Map Guide villager).
- Hover the finished map for coordinates. Details: Gym maps.
Important
Do not open the Empty Map in the world first — that ruins it for gym crafting. Use the correct region cartography table.
Fight tips
Altaria and Skarmory can tank hits. Electric and Rock coverage ends this fast.
- Travel with heals; activate waystones on the route.
- Clear gym trainers if you need XP or PokéDollars.
- Heal, then challenge Alice.
