Walkthrough — Sandra to Johto Elite Four (Pino)
Prepare
Dark, Bug, and Ghost pressure Psychic. Full heal before every Johto Elite room.

- Approx cap while this fight is next: ~80 — Level cap
- Heals, status cures, spare balls, claimed base / waystone to retreat to
- Elite Four Tower (The End) — finish all eight Johto gyms; bring stacks of heals.
Craft the map
Elite Four members do not have their own gym map. Craft Master Cape (REI) + a fresh Empty Map on the Johto Cartography Table — that map finds the league tower; then walk the rooms.
Power Lens is the RCT signature / spawner item, not a cartography key.
Important
Do not open the Empty Map in the world first — that ruins it for gym crafting. Use the correct region cartography table.
Fight tips
Full heal between Elite rooms. Do not walk into Johto Koga half-dead.
- Travel with heals; activate waystones on the route.
- Elite Four / Champion: full heal between rooms.
- Heal, then challenge Pino.
- Win → level cap rises → next: Koga.
