Prepare
Water, Grass, and Ice answer Ground — Electric does nothing here. Restock after Aaron.

Craft the map
Elite Four members do not have their own gym map. Craft Draconic Fin (REI) + a fresh Empty Map on the Sinnoh Cartography Table — that map finds the league tower; then walk the rooms.
Ground Shawl is the RCT signature / spawner item, not a cartography key.
Important
Do not open the Empty Map in the world first — that ruins it for gym crafting. Use the correct region cartography table.
Fight tips
Ground ignores Electric entirely. Bring a Water or Grass answer instead.
- Travel with heals; activate waystones on the route.
- Elite Four / Champion: full heal between rooms.
- Heal, then challenge Terrie.
- Win → level cap rises → next: Vulcano.
