Prepare
Ice and Dragon moves matter. Bring a balanced late-game team.
- Coverage: Ice and Dragon matter most; Fairy also helps into Dragon.
- Leader party levels: about 90–90
- Approx cap while this fight is next: ~95 — Level cap
- Heals, status cures, spare balls, claimed base / waystone to retreat to
- Fourth Elite room — this is a late-Kanto wall.
Craft the map
Elite Four members do not have their own gym map. Craft Rival Sling (REI) + a fresh Empty Map on the Kanto Cartography Table — that map finds the league tower; then walk the rooms.
Dragon Fang is the RCT signature / spawner item, not a cartography key.
Important
Do not open the Empty Map in the world first — that ruins it for gym crafting. Use the correct region cartography table.
Fight tips
Dragon spam punishes thin teams. Bring Ice coverage and multiple win conditions.
- Travel with heals; activate waystones on the route.
- Elite Four / Champion: full heal between rooms.
- Heal, then challenge Lance.
- Win → level cap rises → next: Blue.
