Prepare
Dark and Ghost pressure Ghost. Light sources for the cave trip; don’t walk in half-healed.
- Coverage: Dark and Ghost pressure Ghost. Watch immunities both ways.
- Leader party levels: about 43–45
- Approx cap while this fight is next: ~50 — Level cap
- Heals, status cures, spare balls, claimed base / waystone to retreat to
- Lush Cave tip — torches, food, and an escape waystone.
Craft the map
- Search Angelo in REI and craft Spirit Scarf.
- Craft a fresh Empty Map.
- Combine Empty Map + Spirit Scarf in the Johto Cartography Table (or trade a Map Guide villager).
- Hover the finished map for coordinates. Details: Gym maps.
Important
Do not open the Empty Map in the world first — that ruins it for gym crafting. Use the correct region cartography table.
Fight tips
Cave travel + Ghost status. Enter the leader at full HP with Dark/Ghost answers ready.
- Travel with heals; activate waystones on the route.
- Clear gym trainers if you need XP or CobbleDollars.
- Heal, then challenge Angelo.
- Win → level cap rises → next: Furio.
